Jennifer Damico

Jennifer Damico is Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of Pfizer, with more than 30 years of experience. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing accounting guidance, policies and training, external and internal financial reporting, consolidations and internal controls over financial reporting. Jennifer also contributes to business development activities and transformational corporate initiatives.

Previously, Jennifer led Pfizer’s Corporate Audit organization for six years providing independent, regulatory audit and oversight of processes and systems spanning the company's global operating model including: discovery, development, manufacturing, commercial sales & marketing activities, finance and information technology. In this role, Jennifer reported to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and the Chief Financial Officer and was a member of the Executive Compliance Committee.

Her previous experience included leadership roles in Finance Portfolio Management & Optimization where she was responsible for leading transformational finance programs and integration and divestiture activities; Strategy, Governance & Operations; Internal Audit; and Finance and Controller for Corporate Information Technology.

Prior to joining Pfizer in 1992, Jennifer worked at Arthur Andersen in their Audit practice. Jennifer earned her MBA from Pace University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
