Sabrina Sanders

Sabrina Sanders leads Corporate Financial Planning and Accounting functions for consolidated AT&T with annual revenues of ~$120B and assets of ~$395B. Her role also includes leading the financial operations services of Global Payroll supporting ~150K employees across 57 countries, Global Accounts Payable processing ~$120B supplier payments annually, Global Billing invoicing our 70 million+ subscribers monthly, and Global Fraud thwarting nearly $2B in “in-transaction” fraud attempts in 2024.

Prior to her current role, Sabrina led AT&T Corporate Strategy where she was instrumental in shaping AT&T’s return to its core strength in connectivity and led the transformation efforts to reshape its cost structure, removing over $6B of run-rate cost. Additionally, Sabrina was head of Finance, responsible for consolidated financial planning and forecasting support for AT&T Communications Company. During this time, she had expanded responsibilities including merger integration activities between AT&T Communications and WarnerMedia.

Sabrina delivers success by combining 20+ years of strong financial background and operational expertise with a proven ability to drive complex strategic initiatives and optimize financial operations to ignite growth. Sabrina began her career at AT&T in Accounting and has held numerous roles across Accounting, Finance, Sales and Service Operations, and Corporate Strategy. She has a passion for mentoring and developing talent and is actively involved with a number of employee resource groups at AT&T.

Sabrina has an MBA from Georgia State University and a BBA in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Georgia State University. She and her husband, Clint, live in Rockwall, TX with their two children, Cole and Charly.
