Wayne Carnall CPA

Wayne Carnall serves a Partner – National Professional Services Group for PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a member of the Firm’s SEC Leadership Team. His responsibilities include assisting clients and engagement teams in addressing US GAAP, IFRS, PCAOB standards and SEC reporting issues, all of which he’s done diligently from 1997 through 2007 and then again from 2011 until present day.

From 2007 to 2011, Carnall served as the Chief Accountant of the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). While serving in this role, he was responsible for planning and developing polices programs and procedures regarding accounting matters and rendering decisions relating to accounting, reporting and auditing matters. Additionally, Carnall held various positions including Associate Director, Deputy Chief Accountant, Associate Chief Accountant and staff accountant from 1991 to 1997 before joining PwC
